Hi I Have Had Anxiety And Panic Attacks For Yrs

hi i have had anxiety and panic attacks for yrs but im the type like ive got one spot on my head that hurts i worry its something bad my stomach this that i worry about everypain i go to dr all the time i no she thinks im crazy ive been disabled 4 yrs before i taught myself to reconize and cope but lately i cant i take xanax and prosac but have been doing so 4 so many yrs it dont seem to help i wont even hardly leave my house now insurance denied drs reqest 4 catscan but she really thinks it my nerves i honestly dont no how much more i can take
