Hi I Have Had Migraines For Years And Was Put

hi i have had migraines for years and was put on Topamax for it . i recently lost my primary dr and cant see a new one till April but i have suffering from dizziness blurred vision and feeling off balance . i have had vertigo in the past but my vision is starting to scare me as i have never had this issue before and for over a week now , Do you have any ideas ?
