Hi I Have Had Pain In The Upper Abdomen Right

hi i have had pain in the upper abdomen right through to the back for over a week. been for a breath test yesterday as advised by gp. and started on antibiotics but this morning the pain is unreal and ive just thrown up black like stuff. ive only had my medication with water and a cup of tea, white no sugar.
