Hi I Have Had Problems With My Lower Lip Bleeding

hi i have had problems with my lower lip bleeding had 3 stitches put in to stop the bleeding after 7 days stiches removed but the bleeding has continued have now gone to drug store and put a sealer on my lip to stop bleeding but as soon as that is removed it starts all over again , I am very healthy and would like to know what my next step should be thanks gaylene
