Hi. I Have High Blood Pressure But Has Been Controlled

hi. i have high blood pressure but has been controlled my medicine now for over 18 years.last few months there has been alot of stress in my life.her latly i have been checking my blood pressure with a digital machine at home after going to my lung doctor and it registered high,it the last check was just about a half hour ago it was 188 over 107 pulse was 84.how high is that? i weigh 186 and my height is 5'10,age 54
