Hi I Have Noticed A Small Lump On My Lower

hi i have noticed a small lump on my lower left jaw line about the size of a pea/peanut, it can move it only slightly but is mainly fixed, it isn't painful and was wondering what it could possibly be , i have only noticed it within the last couple of days so I'm not sure if it has grown or reduced in size
