Hi, I Have Now Missed Two Periods And Done Multiple

hi, i have now missed two periods and done multiple tests which have all come back negitive even thought im showing alot of the signs of being pregnant, i went to my doctor and she done a blood count and it came back that two kinds ( im not sure which) of enzymes in my liver came back slightly elevated and has booked me in for an ultrasound on my liver and im wondering if the two things are related or if theres something seriously wrong?
