Hi I Have Question. I Have Been Diagnosed Breast Ductal

hi i have question. i have been diagnosed breast ductal carcinoma 2010i had gone thru mrm, chemo, radation. and last 2013 i have been diagnosed ptb at 1st my pulmonologist thought it was metastasis so she suggest a ct guided biopsy and the result says no malignant cell seen. but she was woried so she repeat another biopsy but the intervetional radio. seen like a ptb so i was gone thru medication for tb for 9mos. and we monitor the nodule every 6mos. and still stable. but there was a finding in my right lower lobe says clustered nodulohazed densities in superior and posterior right lower lobe due to focal pneumonitis. my question is it can be possible a mets.? thank you
