Hi, I Have Really Bad Pain In The Right Lower

hi, i have really bad pain in the right lower side of my abs. its not painful all the time, but if i have to pee then its so painful it takes my breath away...and when i go to use the restroom, i physically cant until the pain goes away (almost like its blocked). its also slightly puffy and stiff in the area. is this normal or anything?? its been going on for about two weeks. i cant affors this... boooo this really sucks...
