Hi I Have Really Bad Teeth All My Back Ones

hi i have really bad teeth all my back ones chipped off and these tooth canals are still in my mouth and cause alot of pain im very afraid of the dentists now i have been up for four days tried every type of pain meds and only thing that worked is water cold water i have been swishing it in my mouth four days now if i try to stop its twenty times worse what can i get that will numb my whole mouth quickly
