Hi I Have Recently Been Prescribed Hyzaar As Lysinopril Gave

hi i have recently been prescribed hyzaar as lysinopril gave me bad coughing and nausea fits. however also recently i was in crisis where my bp was 207/124 in the hospital er. I am back home now and started taking it yesterday. just checked bp it was 196/115 pulse was 107 how long does it take as i onlytake it once a day. and im also a type 2 on metformin and low dose asprin regi.
