Hi I Have Severe Back Pain And Spd. This Has

hi i have severe back pain and spd. this has gone on for 10 yrs with no help until i pushed for an mri and X-ray which showed degeneration in spine . i just read a year old report which states there's a small haemangioma in l3 . how come no doctor has checked or followed up and could it be the cause of my shoulder , neck, bladder problem and chronic back pain?
