Hi I Have Severe Flatulence Since 4 Years... The Colonoscopy

i have severe flatulence since 4 years...
the colonoscopy reports look tobe negative.Doctor couldnt figure out what the problem is and referred me to Psychiatrist.

My stool is neither hard nor liquid. Doesnt have constipation problem. Able to pass the stool couple of times a day.

Please help me what kind of diagnosis should i undergo to figure out my problem
