Hi.. I Have Swelling On My Labia Majora Then It

hi.. i have swelling on my labia majora then it also appears on my labia minora.. at first it was very very itchy.. then the swelling broke out and there are abcess-like thing and it is painful. it hurts when i urinate especially with my labia minora. how to make the sores dry healed fast? thanks!
