Hi, I Have The Implant In My Arm But I

hi, i have the implant in my arm but i was on antibitotics 2 weeks ago and had a diaoherra bug and i had unprotected sex 3 times, i then took what i think was my period a few days later but 2 and a half weeks on i am bleeding a tiny bit on and off every few days. what does this mean?
