Hi I Have This Year Had A Scan For A

hi i have this year had a scan for a lump in my scrotum that i had the all clear for. they said it was just a vein that would go away. now the last few days i have a dull ache in my right testicle that comes only at night. but lump is swollen again under teste. please help
