Hi I Have White Dots Right Below My Chest And

hi i have white dots right below my chest and have some small patches below my knee but not so whity ..i am afrid that their might be a chance that i vil get vilitigo.can u please say me how vilitigo initially forms whether we vil get suddenly white patches or initially with some what brown then when time goes it will turn to miky white patches?
