Hi I Hit My Knee On A Sharp Corner About

hi i hit my knee on a sharp corner about a few weeks ago and after it hurt so much to walk i had to ice it for a couple hours to be able to walk without horrible pain. Any ideas on what it is because yesterday i hit it on my desk again in the same spot and i felt like i was gonna throw up as well as pass out.
