Hi, I Jumped Off The Stair Case ( About 7

hi, i jumped off the stair case ( about 7 stairs) a week and 3 days ago. theres no discoloration but a little swelling. it hurts to the touch on both sides of my heel. i have to walk on my tiptoe. it hurts really bad to walk. could it be badly bruised or fractured?
