Hi I Just Had My Blood Results Back Yesterday And

hi i just had my blood results back yesterday and i had a count of 117 in my liver i understand that the normal result is under 40, i am 23 year old, 6 ft 4 and weigh 16stone, should i be worryed as my doctor wants to check my blood again in 4 weeks, i dont drink beer often.
