Hi , I Just Want To Know If I'm Allergic

hi , i just want to know if i'm allergic to rain or not because my body itches every time it rains and also when its cold my body itches very bad i would even cry because its unbearable and sometimes in summer but in summer its when i wear long pans if i put on a dress than i'm fine.
