Hi I Keep Getting Pain In My Belly Button On

hi i keep getting pain in my belly button on and of and sharp pain through my upper body these also come and go.ive had problem with my back the last six weeks i have been taking naproxen for this but i stoped these yesterday because of the belly button situation thought i had side effects to the tablets.
