hi i live in canada my father has been type 2 diaso ma, quintiple heart bypass, insuline dependent he has had hx of cellulitis since 1985. he has been on homecare for 3 years for ulcer on bottom of other foot last few months developed a second ulcer that within one week went from size of pinhead to 2cm and bone came through bottom of foot. rushed to emerge and now awaiting vascular surgeons opinion one said bka needs to be done, but heart failure is severe. second opinion said it could be done but only partial foot, although lower leg and foot deemed dead. know he has creat levels at 220 so sodium chloride given at 75ml/hr for 6 hrs. taken off all reg meds..ramipril, lasix, aldatone, bisoprolol, citalopram, plaviv, finesteride, tamulosin hcl, asa 81mg, and clav cause his bp dropping. he was on previously and now on iv pippercillin/tazobactrim and now developed severe severe itchy rash now his creat levels went from 220, and after the iv they retested again today and went up to 248. can u help or give me your opinion on why the doctors have not been in touch with my family in10 days. even after voicing my concern, still no answer from surgeons any help, would be appreciated my dad is my world and has been sick for the last 15 years
