Hi I M A Med Student My Niece Has Cough

hi i m a med student my niece has cough and fever cough is sometimes with inspiratory whoop it is not relieving by acefyl syrup or any herbal remedies for fever she is takiing calpol syrup(paracetamol) also she is vomiting sha is also took a spoon of apsin(famotidine) she is 1 yr 11 months old also she has rhinorhaea (her nose is Wet) she is taking co amoxiclav and she took clarothromycin 1 time last night but her symtoms are not relieving kindly guide
