Hi I Need Help I Am A Diabetic I Have

hi i need help i am a diabetic i have burps it smells like rotten eggs after eating i get Diarrhea at least 7 or sometimes more a day i been farting a lot also please help i can nor go on like this i go to a clinic they checked my gallbladder a nurse said i have gallstones but then when i seen the surgen he said i dont have none so not sure on that they have no clue what is wrong
