hi i need your help i was suffering severe lowbat pain ong my left side and i feel numbness in my legs and back shoulder almost 5 months i was suffering this i do m.r.i scan last oct 31 2014 and this is the result

sagittal and axial T2w, saggital STR, and coronal and sagittal T1W image show posterior disc bulge at L4- L5 interspace level, with small T2 high intensity zone in the posterior annular complex this indents the ventral aspec of the thecal sac and touches the bilateral decending L5 nerve root.

the canus meddularis, caudal roots and distal caudal sac are intact
the spinal canal and neuroformina are not narrowed
the ligamentum flavum is not hypertrophic
the rest of the intervebral discs, vertal bodies, pedicles, laminae, transverse and spinous processes and facet joint are unremarkable
the pre and paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable.
the lumbar lordosis is maintained.

mpression is posterior disc bulge with small annular fissure, L4-L5 level, causing thecal sac indentation ang with bilateral decending L5 nerve root contact.

what is the best and safe way to cure the pain that i feel therapy or injection of steriods
