Hi, I Recently Went To The Hospital Pain For Cervix

hi, i recently went to the hospital pain for cervix pain and discharge they did a pelvic test and said they couldnt get my results in for a week so they prescribed me medicine for both bacteraial vagnosis and chlamydia. i got a call from the hospital today saying i have chlamydia. i was prescribed flagyl and doxycylin. now that i found out that its chlamydia only can i stop talking one of them? been taking both as prescribed regiliously since thursday morning
