Hi, I Took The Mifepristone And Misoprostol Last Oct 15,

hi, i took the mifepristone and misoprostol last oct 15, i was 6weeks by that time, i bleed heavily and experienced cramping, diarrhea, headache and pain as if im laboring, and 7days of spotting and now no red blood just brown discharge, i took tvs oct 19 and there was only sac, and yesterday i took again another tvs and the result shows theres something in the sac but no heartbeat. they want to do another tvs on the 31 oct. to see if there will be heartbeat. im confused , is this mean failed abortion? is there still chance that it will have a heart beat by next week?
