Hi, I Want To Ask About Something That I Saw

hi, i want to ask about something that i saw on my genital. it looks like a white pimple on the shaft. i can feel that there is a round something and i tried aqueezing it and whit e substance came out which made it more irritated. the size of it was smaller before but now the white head showed it became fairly large.
