Hi I Was Bent Over Last Week Putting On Left

hi i was bent over last week putting on left shoe and felt a sharp pain under left shoulder blade and the pain hasn't gone away it hurts to breathe, walk, sit everything hurts from the area just below the left shoulder blade into spine. rest and no use of body hasn't helped
