Hi I Was Circumsised At 22, 40 Years Ago ,

hi i was circumsised at 22, 40 years ago , 5 years ago i noticed bleeding around the attached skin which was under the skin i was told by a urologist it was poor skin quality. it now has resulted in a small open wound which will not heal , it makes me very depressed i was told to put a cortezone cream on it i did for a while but it is still there ,is there anything i can do to help this heal it is becoming an issue for me in my relationship.
