Hi I Was Given Zerodol P As A Pain Meds

hi i was given zerodol p as a pain meds for 10 days however im still in immense pain. i want to know if there are bad side effects if i should have a need to be on these meds for a longer period of time. also what are the long and short term effects of this medication
