Hi, I Was Just Told By A Prior Sexual Partner

hi, i was just told by a prior sexual partner that he has tested positive for chlamydia. My current sexual partner who i have been seeing for 2/3 months has only just been tested himself for everything coincidentally and he is clean. What are the chances that i could have the infection but not have passed it on? or do you think its more likely that i never contracted it from the initial guy after all & he contracted it after me. I have myself booked in for a urine & full bloods in two days i am just a bit scared at the moment.
