Hi I Was Just Wondering If By Taking The Morning

hi i was just wondering if by taking the morning after pill will have any negative affects on Hashimotos disease? I am currently not on any medication for the disease but am still worried if it may harm mne. Also do i even need to take it? My boyfriend and i had "dry sex" as in basically sex through underwear on both of us but we both got wet. Is there chance of pregnancy or is it safe and i do not need to take the pill at all? First time at all this and am quite anxious over it all. Please reply asap, thanks
