hi i was precribe apo-latulose667mg/ml and am to used benefiber olso i have being constipated for about 14 days now afer 7 days and going to the washroom i went to the emrg, and after 7 more days and not going i thought i took a couple little carter pills and di,nt want to go back to the emerg. so went to the washroom and i pushed and i manage to go. and now my doc. prescribe that lactulose and olso wants me to use this benefiber and prune lax, am i on the rite track tank you. gene
