Hi, I Was Wondering If It's Possible To Have Paranoid

hi, i was wondering if it's possible to have paranoid obsessions with obsessive compulsive disorder? as in obsessions of being cheated on, left behind, hurt...etc, and then reacting to this by asking for reassurance over and over even after the question has been answered? is it also possible to hallucinate due to ocd?
