Hi, I Went In To Get My Blood Drawn This

hi, i went in to get my blood drawn this morning and the arm that was poked has little tiny red spots all over it now. Are they something I should be worried about? I have VWD and due to superficial thrombosis from earlier this year, have difficult veins to draw from. This was my third time going in these last few months and the first time we were able to get the 7 vials needed for a platelet test. I've never had the small dots before.
