Hi I Went To The Doctor For A Positive Home

hi i went to the doctor for a positive home pregnancy test(4 of them). they took urine and said there's was negative, aslo done a sonogram and found nothing but im confused because on my diagnosis it said a was approximately 14 weeks my hcg level was 22 next day was 18 . could i still be pregnant
