Hi, I Woke Up This Morning With This Watery Feeling

hi, i woke up this morning with this watery feeling in my right ear, i knew cleaned it out, but was mostly fresh blood coming out, i then went to my room, and there was spots of blood on my pillow as well. at work now, i felt this little stream running down my ear, blood again, what can that be? no accidents or blow to the head, nothing happened.Thanks
