hi, i would just like to ask if what could be the possible reason why my father always experiences pain on the joints of his elbows and knees like he's been pricked by needles. he even experiences numbness on those parts. 2 years ago he visited a rheumatologist and had him xrayed and checked his uric acid levels and it was normal. the dr. said it could be a problem with his nerves, he was prescribed with analgesics and colchicine tablets, somehow the pain subsided. now, almost everyday he would complain pain and numbness.
