Hi, Im 11 Weeks Pregnant I Have Spotting A Couple

hi, im 11 weeks pregnant I have spotting a couple of days ago then I go to other hospital because its emergency not my obgyne because her clinic opens at 5pm and I gmhave spotting at around 1pm... in that hospital the obgyne there prescribe me with cyclogest because of my spotting, but my obgyne only prescribe me duphaston thrice a day when I have spotting... is it safe to take cyclogest vaginally if you have cervicitis? or recurring UTI... or can I use it in my rectum? thank you for your answer
