Hi Im 12 Years Old And I Have A Discharge

hi im 12 years old and i have a discharge and i put little cotton on my panties like pad. And i sleept and then when i woke up there was no cottton... i havent got my period yet and im scared that is somehow stuck. I dont know where is stuck and when i squat and open my vagina there is nothing i can see and feel. I im super scared. please answer..
