Hi Im 25. I Have Pcos And Low Progesterone Level.

hi im 25. i have pcos and low progesterone level. i never got my periods without medications. Now im trying ttc for 6 months. I took fertisure , ovafin and multivitamins last month. I felt mild cramps for 3weeks last month. last period date was 30th july. After that period i didnt took any medicine for periods to come. But on 1st n 2nd sep i had heavy to normal bleeding without any PMS. spotting on 3rd day till 4th day morning.
Im confused wether it was IB or menstrual period.
