Hi Im 28 Years Old This Is My Second Time

hi im 28 years old this is my second time of pregnancy my first pregnancy is ectopic last nov. 2014 and now im pregnant my lmp is march 6, 2015 i visit my doctor and i undergo transvaginal u/s but he did'nt see anything but she noticed that there is thickened endometrium stripe im positive on my pregnancy test. im just scared of ectopic pregnancy
