Hi, Im 31 Yrs Male Diabetic Type 1 Since Last

hi, im 31 yrs male diabetic type 1 since last 15 yrs.. earlier I used to have normal ejaucation but since last few years gradually my semen has lost its thickness... now its just like water.... I also have noticed 3 hard bumps on my shaft recently... these lumps pain a bit when pressed.. I got married last year n planning for a baby.. so can u please help me understand my condition...
