Hi Im 32 Yrs Old Im 6 Foot 1.5 Tall

hi im 32 yrs old im 6 foot 1.5 tall in barefeet 220lbs my triglicrides were 260 but my total cholesterol was 187 with normal hdl and ldl... I also had a elevated alt at 43... alt and trigs were the only 2 outside of normal range...from my blood test... I been drinking heavy every weekend for 16 yrsbut stay abstain the other 5 days a week...I smoke a pack a day of camels... eat fast food 4-5 times a week and get little exercise....
