Hi Im 34 Yrs Of Ages I Was Diagnose With

hi im 34 yrs of ages i was diagnose with tuberculosis im still taking my medication and its my 5th months. yesterday i took my xray and the Xray result are. show no significant interval change in the left upper lobe fibrotic changes,heart remains unenlarge. the rest of the chess findings are unchanged.i am scared of the fibrotic i dont know is the meaning of that please help me i am so worried about this.
