Hi Im 35 Years Old And My Right Ovary Was

hi im 35 years old and my right ovary was removed last year as it got torsion.and recently i had laproscopic sugery werein two cysts on left ovary was removed.after the suegery i hav severe pain on the left ovary.my query is can i conceive through ivf without both ovaries removed.is that possible.
