Hi, I'm 36 Weeks And 2 Days Pregnant I Went

hi, i'm 36 weeks and 2 days pregnant i went to my Dr. this morning and when she checked my cervix i am in 4 centimeters, I've been having contractions since yesterday 11pm till now 6:36pm they are painful and my lower back hurts a lot, i also discharge some white yellowish sticky fluid , i haven't tracked the contractions so well.
