Hi, I'm 40 Years Old, I Feel My Pulse All

hi, i'm 40 years old, i feel my pulse all over my body especially when am resting, i even feel it in my face, this feeling has started for a year, since i had my tyroid gland removed, am now on levothyroxine tablets and calcium tablets, could it be a possible side effects of medication.
I feel very healthy, am not stressed at all.
